Couples Therapy

Thank you for taking an interest in one of the most important relationships you will ever have. Intimate relationships bring out the best and the worst in all of us. We all can use help in enhancing the good and navigating through the difficulties with our partners. Therapy will be an opportunity for you both to learn more about yourselves and each other as you build a healthy relationship for the present and future.

    There are five love languages. Learning your partner’s, and your own, is one of the easiest things you can do to improve your relationship. This quiz is often the first step in couple therapy with Kathleen.

    Small Things Often is a podcast recommended for couples to gain ideas and suggestions for building a healthy foundation in their relationship. Each Monday and Wednesday there is a new podcast to from which you can learn.

  • Oren

    All relationships have communication “stuck points.” This article is important for you to begin learning about your own triggers in communication, including how to navigate flare-ups and still be able to have productive conversations with your partner. The concepts in this article are the topics explored in depth during couples therapy with Kathleen to help build confidence in navigating conflict.
